Co-Bind Program


Recently developed program for identification of target sites for cooperatively binding transcription factors. The program, called Co-Bind (for COoperatively BINDing factors), is available for Unix SunOS 5.6. The program can be downloaded (see below) or be obtained through an email request to {dg, stormo}@ural.wustl.edu

Download everything in one compressed file: Co-Bind.tar.gz. 1.3 Mb. For Unix SunOS 5.6. Has binaries, and associated Perl scripts, sample data-sets and readme files.



Source code for Co-Bind: Co-Bind_src_release_06.01.tar.gz . To compile, uncompress and then type 'make' in command line.
